viperfdl: Seems like the purple dot is on vacation again because I get once again no notifications for replays.
I still got one 2 hours ago. Could this just be a case of someone not hitting the reply button on your post, but quoting you manually?

No problem here.

Not surprising at all, this has been my experience on this forum: I've never once gotten a notification when someone replied to me. Even the myrecentposts link is unreliable as it doesn't show all the topics I've posted to. If being late is normal for me in real life, then without any tool to track my interactions except manually checking every topic, I'm definitely the worst at keeping up
The long-standing problem of a new forum thread page not showing up despite new posts being made, has recently gotten worse. I used to be that when e.g. post 51 wouldn't produce the next page, then post 52 would. That no longer seems to be the case.

We first saw it two days ago with this thread, where the forum for more than a day thought the thread had 61 posts fewer than it actually had (amazingly it has since caught up), but it has now shown up in the Indiana Jones release thread as well. The forum index shows 99 replies, thus only 2 pages, but we're up to post 104 already (checked by opening a reply window and manipulating the URL to quote that post).

edit: page 3 of that thread now shows, but the forum index still thinks it has 101 replies, rather than the 105 it actually has, so the same issue will probably happen when it's time for page 4 to show up.

Looks like the purple dot is back. At least for now...

Thanks everyone. :)

I confirm
Ordering by 'Date added to store' seems broken. https://www.gog.com/en/games?order=asc:storeReleaseDate yields alphabetical order.

https://www.gog.com/en/games?order=desc:storeReleaseDate looks okay on the first page but is implausible when you go to the end. It's telling me the first ever addition to the catalogue was the Feist soundtrack DLC.
The false update flags are back. The last couple of days I've been notified of updates for Figment, Wasteland 2 Director's Cut, The Witcher: Enhanced Edition, and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition.
Nothing has changed in the offline installers, they just seem to be cycling between different version numberings or no version numbering at all in the library.

Whatever's happening in the background here, it would be great if we could get offline installers for the new I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream update instead, which has already been released through Galaxy more than two weeks ago.

GOGers will investigate this issue on monday.

This triggered me on something I've been noticing lately wrt two title-changes of games: they keep cycling through the versions for several days before finally settling upon something.

"Go Home Annie" kept flipping back-and-forth to "Go Home Annie: An SCP Game" between the 24th and the 28th of October, before finally settling on that on the 28th.
"biohazard HD REMASTER" is flipping back-and-forth with "Resident Evil / biohazard HD REMASTER" since the 30th of October.

Might just be a deliberate "eventual consistency" implementation, but in combination with the offline installer labeling issue, it feels more like a pointer to a non-updating cache behind a loadbalancer.

Offline installers are good.
They are downloaded & working as intended.

Labels - its a problem.

This needs its own thread, if it is not fixed already.

I was pointlessly going over these with a fine-tooth comb when I noticed something odd. The Witcher 2 has Comic book (50 pages) 50 MB in the Extras section, but the file you download is actually 6.8 MB.
