I'm still getting the issue I mentioned here over a month ago.
Today I sent a message to person A at 14:37 (offline at the time, and still offline), then sent a message to person B at 14:41.
Closed chat. Got a message notification in my account tab, and when I opened chat I was presented with the conversation of person A, even though I got a reply by person B at 14:56. That's all according to GOG's time stamps.
And since person B had gone offline in the meantime, I had to scroll all through the list of contacts that were online at the time to find who had messaged me.
Is anyone looking into this? Any news on the other chat issues we've reported?

Latest Firefox version (well, I think so) which is 42.0
It's kind of weird as sometimes the replies appear, sometimes not, maybe because I use 3 different computers (although I didn't have this issue before).
While I'm at it, there's the classical: If I login from a community webpage, I have to go back to the GOG homepage in order to "refresh" the account tab (meaning: showing that I'm correctly logged in). But this problem has been here for ages, so I guess it's part of GOG exotism.... :o)
PS: Oh yeah and sometimes the "read replies" like in this thread aren't refreshed meaning that the reply notification doesn't disappear from my account tab.(of course, it refreshs only when going back to the homepage)

Thanks, it's just a by-product of "wasting" tons of time in the sub-fora ;) Though it's increasing very slowly these days, because I don't have the time for support anymore. You know, new job, family, the usual. That's the way life goes, I guess, but thank god there's still enough time to hang around with you peeps in the general forum.

I now have a "not going away" Login (and signup) button. Though I'm obviously logged in. So no account menu for me. Browser is Chrome (latest) on Win 8.1 (my wife's machine :-/)
PS: Aaaand just as I wrote it, the account menu reappeared. Strange...q

Congratulations DeMignon! That's what you get for being so bloody helpful and awesome. :)
I guess that means GOG will haul your ass to Warsaw (because that's what happened to Judas, you know).

Good morning guys - I just want to say that we're a step closer to resolving "missing account" bug, and partially thanks to you - so there's no need to describe what's happening in details.
Of course as Lemon_Curry said - workaround is: go to http://www.gog.com or/and https://www.gog.com (should be same protocol as forum) and refresh/go back to the forum - login/account and notifications are refreshed.

Of course as Lemon_Curry said - to go around it you just need to open main page and go back (or refresh) to forum. (in the same protocol - http or https)

I can't access the front page or the account. I get an error 500. Same case with chat.
