vidsgame: I get the blackhole:

404 there's nothing here.

I doubt that's supposed to happen. I think IndieGala has it worst than us in terms of their forums. But I digress, this topic is for another thread.
Goddammit. Forgot that the hex codes are for regular text, not URLs. Well, just replace the "#" (or the "% 23" in my failed link) with "& # 35 ;" (again, with no spaces/quotation marks).

https://www.gog.com/forum/general/the_what_did_just_break_thread/page75#p_b_1504

Only problem is, this code will also get turned back into a regular "#" if you edit and re-post -- so, like the earlier thing with the generic quote tags, you'll have to change it back manually every time you edit or reply to a post containing it.

And don't worry about the slight digression. At least this stuff might be able to help others, too (which is why I didn't just tell you all this via Chat).
Besides, it's my thread, I CAN DO WHAT I WHATEVER I WANT! WOOO!!! [turns on loud music and starts breaking stuff]
=D

I see what you mean now. The joys of linking. That's a relatively quick workaround. I'll put this in my GOG folder and make a habit of it for those types of posts.

Weekend Promo
I'd swear the Blitzkrieg Anthologies and S2: Silent Storm weren't initially part of the Weekend Promo...
