Hypnotize every monkey and chimp into seeing all humans as bananas. But also hypnotize them to stop seeing all humans as bananas with a code word. Then equip them with battle armor. When the monkey and chimp apocalypse begins, claim to know the code word to stop it all and tell the world, you will stop it all if the world makes you their Emperor. Then tax the population and use a percentage of that money to make video games like the Witcher III. :P

Easy. A religion can conquer the world, much faster and much more efficiently, than any weapon. Anyone who would really want to conquer the world, in any sense, must revive the Tachikawa Ryu and turn it again into an official religion, much like in the old days; but not keep it exclusive to Japan, or even worse, secretive and esoteric "studying"! It CAN conquer the entire world. Especially in modern era. Modern age is ripe for something like that.
