1) Get elected by promising everyone to get them rid of people who are not like them.

1.) get tons of money
2.) build a lair*
3.) ?
4.) world domination

* on a deserted island OR deep in the Earth's crust with massive geothermal power generators

is 3) classified or is that the last thing you dont have to realize your plan

1. Join the army.
2. Become a disgruntled used cars sales man.
3. Use speaking ability and populist jargon to gain followers.
4. Acquire large amounts of assets through supporters and the like.
5. Pray to God the CIA/FBI aren't watching.
6. Use assets to build androids, hire goons in blue suits, and develop impractical but awesome weaponry.
7. I admit, this is where it kind of falls apart...

It's the former, and it involved putting myself in suspended animation until aliens attack (hush hush wink wink)

1. Somehow manage to become a genius
2. Invent time travelling machine
3. Use it to take over the world in every century that seems interesting
4. Use time machine again if ruling world gets too tiring and do some other fun stuff with it
