LinustheBold: Speaking only for myself, I find it hard to keep track of episodic threads like this one - you've set up your initial post well, but it's always a little confusing when there's action in the middle. On thing that might make it easier in future is a link on your first post to the beginning of the later-in-the-thread giveaway. It's just always confusing.
That's a good idea and I'll definitely be using for future giveaways. Thank you for this idea and for your other feedback as well!

NoNewTaleToTell: I would like to (and indeed will) continue giving back to the forum as the forum has kindly given to me and many others, but I don't want to create a hundred giveaway threads, however hosting a giveaway that gets less than five entries isn't very fun for anybody involved.
Well, I had giveaways with one entry, so five isn't that bad.

Anyway, I think you should just create different threads. So far you've created 5 giveaways in this thread in 8 months, so it's not like you'd create a hundred giveaway threads anyway.

For me, I came in after the giveaways is over, and I have no idea what the discussion was about, because all you say is "Check the OP for a new giveaway" and there's nothing there, so no context for further posts. So for me this makes it a fail regarding discussion.

Really, just separate the giveaways. It won't necessarily mean more entries, but it will probably mean more people entering the threads, because you'll be able to put meaningful titles which might interest people, and the first post will always tell what the discussion is about.

Edit: From the other posts I understand that you've released an album? I think you're doing yourself a disservice by deleting any references to that.

Current Giveaway: The Retirement Giveaway

Due admittedly to some poorly thought out choices and management (and a lack of interesting prizes), this thread slowly but surely withered. I'm not giving up on giveaways, but I'm retiring this particular giveaway thread after this final giveaway.

The prize for this final giveaway is none other than a Steam key for The Moon Sliver, the excellent short by GOG's own jefequeso.
