it was an ok game i played at hard but i missed the last secret level - the nameless city. i think the portal to enter it was under some bridge and there's lava below so i didn't even think to check

It's weird there isn't a trial available for ESO, I'm waiting for that to see if it's something I'd enjoy.

Actually, the main games have always had XP, but invisible XP - the skills give you XP, and the XP makes them level up. Eg. casting a fire spell improves your Destruction skills, but you only see the bar move up, however underneath it there's some kind of a number or percentage system that determines how much do you improve by using the skill.

In TESO you still have skills however they work a bit differently as you have skill trees, look them up, the system is quite complex. This is a simple explanation of how it works. :)

Well, now it's 14 dollars only for the base version, or you can wait for sales and get the Gold Edition with 4 DLC later this month.
