The DLCs are inside the DRM-free version after all, in their full glory as far as I can currently tell. Not up to date with the current Steam version that's for sure, but they're here. Any doubts ? You should check the game forum.

Now there can be a few explanations to this :
1) Developers not agreeing with their management
2) The hot coffee syndrome
3) They really wanted to give us the whole thing but feared selling too much DRM-free and made it that way so that it's uncovered only after some time, because this was deemed to happen, no doubt

I've not been clear enough.

I've published a hack that unlocks all DLCs on the GOG version of Armello. No additional downloads required, except any hex editor of your choice.

Now, considering it's not in stores any more and the number of refunds that have been issued, I hope it will still be of use to someone :D
