Could be released on GoG as well, if GoG would be a little more attentive and aware of the inquiries they are getting:

"We would love to but @GOGcom have never answered our emails sadly.
We are ready and waiting if they ever do."

Not the DOS version with the ultra-hideous purple and cyan graphics, thank you. I'd rather play the C64 version. Or the Amiga version.

Urgh, that seems to be the inferior MS-DOS CGA version, with no sound I presume.

I faintly recall seeing Temple of Apshai games on my friend's Commodore 64, so I wonder which version is the best? From that era, quite often it seems to be the Commodore 64 version, with best audio and multi-color graphics with smooth scrolling (where applicable).

I've noticed Steam got many other such classics as well, like Hostages! etc. which also were the much inferior PC versions, when the best version on that era would have been e.g. the Amiga version. Oh well, I guess it is easier to re-release (inferior) DOS versions due to DOSBox (not having to deal with Amiga Kickstart licenses etc.).

EDIT: Oh! I didn't realize the Temple of Apshai Trilogy bundle appeared also on Amiga! I wonder if it is the best version of them all? It is quite an early Amiga game, from 1986. One year before Amiga 500 even came to the market, so originally it was released for the original Amiga 1000.

Steam sure is getting a lot of older games lately I have noticed.
Best played on the C64 or Amiga methinks.
Wow, I actually have Gateway to Apshai cartridge for my Atari 8-bit computer.

Voted for the games and thanks for reminding me about these.
And what about Project IGI? And Delta Force Xtreme 2?

Yes, hopefully they'll get Dungeon Master 1 + 2 and GOG WON'T get it. >:-D

Seriously though, it's just that Steam is WAY bigger than GOG so it makes sense to just release everything there.

If you really are that obsessed about the games, unfortunately you do really need to prepare yourself for the fact that it's possible they will never show up. They are high on the Community Wishlist so for sure GOG wants them here, but - depending on how legally messy the games might be - if the rightsholder(s) (Wayne Holder?) don't want to play ball with GOG or each other, there's nothing GOG can do. Hasn't Nightdive already tried or are still trying?

But it's not like you can't find a way to play them.
