In fact, I believe that using sex as a determining factor for anything important (like whether to accept a refugee, or whether to draft a person into the military) is never a good idea.

richlind33: Very well said. Looking at how barbaric human history is -- and remains to this day -- the only thing that really stands out regarding the Nazis is the magnitude of their carnage, and that's a reflection of modern technology, not some uniquely evil mindset never before seen.

A far greater evil, in my mind, is the instigating and financing of war for profit, and WWII was extremely profitable for those engaged in this disgusting and shameful "business".
