Thanks to Grargar and Treasure I just stumbled over the GOGmix and this thread. I guess we all have to write some mails to the devs and publishers of several of these games to change tha way things are now. Also posting on FB in my experience makes a big difference.

Hammerwatch has just been updated to its latest version (1.3.2). And yes, that also includes the Mac and Linux builds.

Nice! I removed it from the list.

Just to clarify: when you say "list" you mean the gogmix, right? ;)
Guacamelee: Super Turbo Championship Edition just received an update today on Steam that has a bunch of bugfixes and I don't see any mention of it coming to GOG. Also, the game has Steam workshop support that doesn't cross over to the GOG version.

I took the liberty of adding The Banner Saga to the mix. The devs seem to be massive dicks as far as releasing a DRM-free version is concerned (I remember them holding back on releasing the first game here for several months, part 2 apparently won't be released here at all). Also, they lied to their backers. Seriously, screw those guys.

Please, if anyone thinks adding this game to the mix is unjustified, please let me know!

We'll see what we can do about getting the bugfixes at the very least, :)

That would be great, thank you!

Those fall under something even worse, as you pointed out, not being limited to GOG.

Ittle Dew has finally received its latest update.

Thanks for the info!
Too bad this list can't be a sticky, so people know who not to give their money to until they fix their damn games. Glad to see some finally getting removed from the list though.
Why is Symphony on this list? It's received an update in December and another in February.

Quoting from the list:

It took two years for the latest update to arrive on GOG. According to the Steam changelog there have been 7 updates since then.
I left it there as a kind of "Yeah, they eventually updated it here, but they sure took their sweet time"-honorary mention thing. Anyway, I removed it now. Don't want to discourage devs from fixing their games, even if it's years down the line. ;)

Speaking of which, any word on when the Hotline Miami 2 editor will make it onto gog? I realize the Steam-version is still in its infancy, but since gog is also doing "In Development" now, it would be nice to see the editor here, no matter how unfinished.

You could PM Judas about adding it to the compendium.
