Barefoot_Monkey: The dwarf game
While I can see where you are coming from, I think that accolade really has to go to Dwarf Fortress these days...

On topic a lot of roguelikes offer Dwarf as a race option (ADOM, ToME are two I could definitely recommend).
Any game has dwarves if you squint hard enough. :)

How about the old D&D gold box games?

this is easily on of the best games here, and I would recommend you buy it here, not Steam, as that link would push you to. :P

Oh yeah! What was i thinking? Link edited and thank you for pointing it out
I would like to add to the list Age of Mythology (an RTS sadly not on GOG). Dwarves are a unique civilian unit for the Norse gods (they are faster at mining gold than regular villagers). There are also two dwarf heroes that you can control in the campaigns.

Also, in the excellent Fall From Heaven II fantasy mod for Civilization IV there are two dwarven factions.

Petercage: I already own We Are The Dwarves, The Dwarves, All the Dragon Age games and Divinity: Original Sin 2 but am looking for something else. It's fine if the games older, just really looking for more games where I can play as a Dwarf. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. =D

Wishbone: You might take a look at Deep Rock Galactic.
Wow a lot of great responses, thanks everyone! THIS Looks really interesting. Thanks for sharing it, added it to my list of games to look out for.
Blade of Darkness
So 2 people have suggested Severance: Blade of Darkness, looks interesting but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Anyone have any advice on locating that game?

It used to be on gog but it isn't sold anymore, so either look for a physical copy or download it from a site who's name shall not be mentioned.

Great news! I don't have to scour the 4 corners of the earth to find the game. I already have it, the name Severance: Blade of Darkness confused me. So I went through my GOG library and I have a game called Blade of Darkness. Did some Googling and I guess when the game came to America they made the name Blade of Darkness. Thanks for the help!

Yep, that's how it's called here (as for the "Severance:" part, that's how the game's called on Wiki and a decent number of gaming sites).
Bear in mind that Naglfar is probably the most difficult character to play the game: the reach of his weapons is way shorter than of those Tukaram and Zoe (and I think Sargon as well) use and unlike Sargon he doesn't have heavy armor. On the plus side, he can hold shields alongside his "class" weapons and gets more HP per level, I believe.

The Warlord Battlecry games have Dwarves.

Were those mentioned yet?
It's not your regular fantasy setting, but Shadowrun Returns, Shadowrun: Dragonfall and Shadowrun Hong Kong allow you to play as a dwarf.
