One of the most anticipated games – S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl from GSC Game World – has just dropped a new trailer!

We absolutely cannot wait to play this open world, post-apocalyptic survival FPS and a new entry in the iconic S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series. However, we truly believe that the wait will be completely worth it.

For now, let's enjoy this new trailer for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl.
I'm not sure what to think of this game... On one hand it looks very cool but on the other it seems to have a hunger and sleep system and I hate that. Nothing more annoying than taking care of a Tamagochi. The question is: How is it implemented?

I'll check out some reviews and tests when it comes out...

As long as the finished game is going to have proper voice over in Ukrainian (which it does, according to the store page) I couldn't care less.

timppu: Proper Ukrainian (with realworld cuss words and shit) with English subtitles would be my preferred choice to play.

Unfortunately I have to admit though, I prefer watching e.g. Princess Mononoke (Mononoke Hime) with English voices, not the original Japanese. The Japanese voice acting just seems a bit weird to me, and the English voice acting in that animated movie just feels more natural to me. Then again it doesn't really matter that much I guess as it is indeed an animated movie, so the Japanese voices don't seem to have any advantage with better lipsync or whatever, even if they could be considered more authentic I guess.

Then again it is a fantasy world so maybe the Japanese have just adopted the English language in that world? If Indians and Singaporeans could learn it, I'm sure Japanese could too! Even I did! Woohoo, winner winner chicken dinner!
For me, it depends on the game. If there's a ton of action, I find it hard to focus on the subtitles because I wanna see, well, the action. Playing Samurai Warriors type games can be difficult because of juggling the need to catch information with the need to beat people over the head, for example. If this game is as deliberately paced as the previous titles, I imagine I'd be able to play in Ukrainian with English subs, if the option was there, but if it's going to be placing story and fast combat simultaneously, that can be a bit hard.
