yogsloth: Generally, no, don't role play in-game. It sounds like tons of fun but there's no way to police it and you'll end up by yourself.

If I were you, I would read over a couple of full games, and pronto. It's very tough to have a cold start in this game if you haven't followed along in real-time before. Any of the last 3-4 games should be OK to give you a good idea.
I certainly don't want to annoy anyone, I just thought it might be more fun than a thousand posts of "A might be mafia, or perhaps B, but then again C said...."

I'm gonna live dangerously and not read the threads (well, maybe not). I"m in the mood to plunge right in and get my feet wet!! So long as I don't wind up voting for myself, I'll consider any outcome a win.

bler144: Mostly just make sure not to do what you did in this post of editing or double-posting so it shows as an edit.

You won't really learn much if you get yourself mod-killed on the first day ;)

Whatever happens, have some fun with it.
Oops! And I read about editing being a no-no, too. Thanks for reminding me. : )
Just for that, I promise to not lynch you. On the first day anyways. : P

Well, you can try to lynch me. Not sure it'll do you much good though.
Oh wow, that was great. Reactions from "Groupie" to "Da Faq I jus see?"

bler144: Yes, make sure to copy Bookwyrm in game 28, or Adalia from game 29. Either is a recipe for grand success!
Guess I don't need to warn him about that now. *whistles*

Hey, you could be like me and start collecting the different "endings". But if you never vote yourself, you can't get the "Unexpected Suicide" ending or the "You can't kill me, I quit!" achievement.

trentonlf: I will say that I don't think I've seen anyone else roleplay before in the game, but that does not mean you can't give it a try :)
I have seen people roleplay in the past and most of time they were told to stop it by other players or they will be next lynch.

Ooh yes! Def wanna go for the "Unexpected Suicide" one. I'd really like to get the Kevorkian badge or even the vaunted Darwin Award.
