I guess Missionforce Cyberstorm will not come to GoG, as it is an early Windows game and no Dos game. Thus really hard to make it run on modern OS. I have it on a VM with Win XP without a real problem (although with my settings it just runs with 16bit colour depth and not 32bit).
Sierra brought out a great game and I was very surprised to find 2 CDs in it when I bought it loooooong ago. And even better, it did run without checking the CD. Once you have the right tech, it tends to get quite easy though, especially the last mission.

Gnostic: Thanks, will check out shattered Steel.

I guess with the exception of Megabyte punch and Shattered Steel, the rest of the games have no mecha customization like Front Mission Evolved?

IronArcturus: I think Strike Suit Zero had a loadout before each mission, but that's about it. I still wish GOG could get more mech games like MechWarrior and Metal Fatigue!
It's been so long and I had given up hope GoG will bring MechWarrior here.

I only hope for the future mech games like BattleTech from Harebrained.

Since Harebrained released all their PC games on GoG,it is very likely Battletech will come here too.

I tried to get it to work on XP, but it would never run. Did you have to install some extra patches to make it work?

Nope, only using Virtual Box, setting 16bit color depth, copying the CD to a folder on virtual HD and making a shortcut for the exe.

In compatibility settings of the shortcut "run in Win95 mode", "256 Colors", "Disable visual designs"

This should make it work without a problem.

It's more than likely, It's confirmed. I was a KS backer for Battletech and they offered an option for a GOG key (which I chose, of course)
I certainly do! I also own a hard copy of it and have voted for it on the wishlist.

Yeah, running it in 256 color mode seemed to fix the problem! Thanks!
Sorry for digging up so old thread... But I've finally managed today to beat entire campaign and man, this was one of the most satisfactory victories I ever had after finishing game.

Cybrids HQs missions are tough cookie, one of the most challenging stuff I ever had in turn-based tactic/strategy games. Especially second and third (final).

Great thing is, that game is easy to launch even on modern systems (up to Windows 10), due to patch made by Matt Jernigan, check this out, if you own first Cyberstorm:

And please, give this great game votes on GOG's wishlist, this gem deserves for attention (and for being published in GOG's offer):
