The one and only.

World of Goo, an ultra-popular paragon of DRM-free physics-based indie gaming, is available now for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux, on GOG.com with a 50% launch discount.

World of Goo is one of the most stirring and innovative indie games ever released. It, along with a few other titles, was responsible for the explosive emergence of the modern indie-gaming market in the late 2000s. Its success could be attributed to the high quality gameplay achieved for a fraction of normal development costs, novel design and physics-based gameplay, as well as the refreshingly down to earth, community-friendly developer attitude. World of Goo is a physics-puzzle game at its core, but remains a completely unique gameplay and visual experience that has been imitated, but never quite replicated.

Save the World of Goo from the nefarious World of Goo Corporation, DRM-free on GOG.com. The 50% launch discount will last for one week, until Thursday, February 12, at 10:59 AM GMT.
Wow, I didn't know it wasn't in the Gogalog already...
Great release.
Strange release.
Cool release! Will definitely pick it up some day, always eyes this one. Now please Crayon Physics Deluxe next :-)
Sweet, there it is! I think I can take a little credit, having emailed Ron Carmel back in October about bringing WOG here.

Regarding SMB (bad news) - https://twitter.com/TommyRefenes/status/525760200288894976

Limbo is an odd case as I have tried for some time now to get in contact with the devs to no avail. I think it's mostly a matter of them being really busy with other things - http://playdead.com/inquiry/ > "You want to do business with us".

Eh... it's a decent game I guess, but quite short and once you've beaten it there really isn't much to it anymore. I remember when it was still new and the press was hyping it like it was the greatest thing in the world.
Played this on my tablet a while back. I'm guessing mouse control works just as well, so I'll go ahead and pick up this classic. Thanks GOG!
A game everyone should try, and most probably have. Very charming and clever all the way around.

It's really puzzling why it took so long to come here given it's been DRM-free distributed in the past. It seems like the perfect GoG game.
Great game!

Disagreed. I'd say it takes dozen hours to complete it, and maaaany more to complete it with decent scores :-)

Plus, you can try to beat the world record! ;-)
I admit I didn't do the world tower or the OCD challenges, those are just stuff for completionists who like to go overboard. The main meat of the game does in no way take "dozens of hours" to coplete. About three to five hours maybe.

It does.

Shame it took so long to get here, as I imagine most anyone that's interested in this game already has it. But for anyone that hasn't picked this up somewhere else, I bought this from 2DBoy back when it was first released for full price and it was worth every cent. Wonderful game.

I guess that's the case with many games out there; for example, the "main" quest in cRPGs is some hours long but the "side" quests make the game longer to beat. Of course that is if you're interested to do them. As for puzzle games, I always thought that these type of games attract the "completionist" players... :P
