The one and only.

World of Goo, an ultra-popular paragon of DRM-free physics-based indie gaming, is available now for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux, on GOG.com with a 50% launch discount.

World of Goo is one of the most stirring and innovative indie games ever released. It, along with a few other titles, was responsible for the explosive emergence of the modern indie-gaming market in the late 2000s. Its success could be attributed to the high quality gameplay achieved for a fraction of normal development costs, novel design and physics-based gameplay, as well as the refreshingly down to earth, community-friendly developer attitude. World of Goo is a physics-puzzle game at its core, but remains a completely unique gameplay and visual experience that has been imitated, but never quite replicated.

Save the World of Goo from the nefarious World of Goo Corporation, DRM-free on GOG.com. The 50% launch discount will last for one week, until Thursday, February 12, at 10:59 AM GMT.
GOG people are probably collectors like most of us here :) they simply had to have this title on their site, even though they're never going to sell it again :D

it warms my heart we're so much alike!
Great game. I have this odd fascination with their 'Little Inferno' game as well. Quirky and fun stuff.
This one has a couple of high cards up its sleeves. Good times.

Impaler26: Already have the game on Steam so i'll pass. :D
Your standard post on each release at pag1.. :P
World of Goo and Braid, for me are the very definition of Indie-games.

Nice!

I´d be glad if they were!
We all know the story of GOG rejecting games that were bundled too often---I see this one as a change of mind.

omega64: This seems expensive for a game that's been out for years, had many discounts and doesn't include any goodies.
Correction: 4 wallpapers.
I do even think of getting it! Why? Course we MIGHT get other great "heavy-bundled games" like Braid, SuperMeatBoy, Bastion, Limbo and so on then! And this would be great!

Vote for them!

I would buy every one of those in a heartbeat. (except Limbo)
Just not this one.
I played this like an hour at the most but I remember enjoying it a great deal.
Great release.

I'll pass though, since I already own the retail version, which is DRM-free too.
Awesome game, it is one of the first indie games i played! Great artwork, great puzzles, sweet game! :-)
