It is obnoxious enough to have the launch week only special, but to then not even send out the reminder notice that the game is available until after that week is over adds insult to injury. I think it worked right for Reverie (but not any of the earlier ones), possibly that is related to the disappearing bonus items? In any case, I hope GOG takes the time to fix this before future releases (or, my preference, just not allow launch week bonuses).
I think they will "allow" as good as anything, because in order to "set rules" you will need some powerful stick. However, with the exception of Steam no one got a stick that powerful so their rules will become "king" and "take it or thats it".

On the other hand, CDPR is not anymore morally that "sober" and actually... they are walking the path of just any other bigger company hungry for power and "fame". Not a path of the heart but actually we live in a world we got not much use for a heart anymore... yet i worry the final results, because there is no sustainable being without a heart.

Anyway, i will just enjoy the game, no matter with or without updates and even without any goodies; this is the "price" i have to pay to stay "independent".
