I remember you needed a legit serialkey to run your own server, that would be viewable by everyone else playing SWAT4 multiplayer online back in the days (not talking about LAN here). How does that compare with the current GoG version on sale right now? Since the whole GameSpy service and master servers are down, I looked things up and found out that there are alternative servers replacing the GameSpy service for SWAT4.Over time some patches were provided, so what versions are on sale right now? SWAT4 v1.1 and SWAT 4: The Stetchkov Syndicate v1.0?

Thank you so much! I have a CD copy already but the fact you enabled the world to easily get ahold of this game is an absolute treat. Very excited as I waited 7 entire years since SWAT 3 was released on GOG for 4 to come out.

Here's to steam getting a copy, too! (SWAT 1 was released by activision on steam in December last year, only a month ago, so maybe they'll port the rest of the games over, too?)

I want to ask a question . It seems you still have a contact with developers . I have disc version of this game and if I don't remember wrong this game has SafeDisc protection . So is it a native DRM-free build or custom crack etc ? :)
