Very much love the look of this! Wishlisted for now!
Looks really cool, might actually give it a chance!

Thanks dev team and GOG!
Thanks to the GOG team for their efforts and to Positive Concept Games / indie.io for releasing the game here. :)

I really like what I see in the trailer (and images) and that is a nice release discount also (and a good base price too). :)

I have to do a bit of research before I buy it now or wishlist it for later instead. =P
.
Looks a bit like Secret of Mana.

Looks nice, though it fails my "is this an RPG" test.
Since both the cover and screenshots feature 2 players prominently, but exactly what kind of co-op it features is never mentioned: co-optimus lists the game as: drop-in/drop-out couch co-op. (No LAN or online.)

In what way does it fail?

Also, curious as to what this test entails.

(Quick mention: I never played Secret of Mana. First heard of it here on the GOG forums)

Cute art. Congrats on the release.

Looks like real-time collision-based action combat. That's enough to have it fail.

(Note that this doesn't say anything about the quality of the game; it's just that I disagree with the classification.)

Edit: Secret of Mana is a good game, though not without its flaws (like how so many late-game dungeons aren't revisitable after clearing them).

I looked at the trailer a few times and it seems to have some ranged magic, as well as some AOE attacks (or maybe it was AOE support, I'll have to check again later). The collision part of the combat seems to be just the melee attacks, at least to my eyes. Maybe someone can confirm this?

Guess you 2 can figure out if the game is actually capable to be played by whatever standards. By the time you may be finished with the investigations i am probably already finish playing it.

Indeed the game is a action RPG, kinda like Secret of Mana or other entries of this series.

I never considered Secret of Mana to be an RPG, even when it came out, so I still wouldn't use the RPG label for games like this.

(That doesn't say anything about the quality of the game, as I've mentioned,)
Okay, then it is an "action puzzle" for you. Issue solved, now playing is possible.
