17 bucks for a TD game is a bit steep. You can buy SC2 and then get all the best TDs out there on the Arcade

While I generally do not encourage "Why u no release game X here, GOG?" whining, bitching or moaning, in this case I think I'll make an exception. GOG's selective 'boutique' approach can be all over the place sometimes.

It looks like it could be enjoyable, depends on how much they leverage the three dimensional aspect to freshen up the flat TD concept. Hopefully we'll get some decent reviews.

Oh, and the "Freedom Strike"? Must be an American spaceship. ;)

It's kind of a running joke here in The States that "freedom" is the word you put in front of things when you've created an inferior American version of something for the racist xenophobes. For example, if you hate Mexicans, you would order a "Freedom Burrito", made from grits and lawn cuttings rolled in asphalt roofing paper. :)

Yes, that's the incident that kicked off the whole sarcastic use of "Freedom" as a label here. The congressman who was behind that later apologised for it, but the mockery lives on. :)

That had nothing to do with international politics. Just politics. Well, more like self preservation (politician), but anyway.
