Shmacky-McNuts: Funny I didn't get the Homm impression. Kinda felt more like Master of Magic.
A lot of the trailer and screenshots looks very HoMMish, but something in the back of my mind also kept pointing at MoM while I was watching it. I need to find out more. Some suitable MoM-influences would increase my interest a lot.

Swissy88: Missing supporter pack.
Hello. I have spoken with the studio. They are aware of this. They are talking with gog to solve the problem as soon as possible and bring the "support pack".

mqstout: No clue how this is listed as an RPG. It looks like it's through and through a strategy game.
It's a strategy-RPG. The RPG part implies persistent units who gain experience rather than the anonymous units of a typical strategy game.

Most strategy-RPGs I'm aware of are heavy on the strategy and light on the RPG, but that is nevertheless the name of the genre.

Would be nice if they didn't charge more than steam does. $2-3 extra wouldn't break my heart. I figured it would be around $20 anyway.

Zimerius: Well, the game looks a lot like HomM and compadres, those all qualify as role players, strategic, management, hero, army roleplayers that is

mqstout: No, those RPGs either. They're strategy games.
Aha
The video of combat, with the little fast-moving "ant"-like guys, reminds me a lot of the old Mindcraft games Siege, Ambush at Sorinor, and Walls of Siege. Anybody play those games? They were fun, ah yes...
Anyone know what the change is between v1.9.4 ->> 2.0.0?

There wasn't a change log update as of writing this.
No supporter pack on GOG?
