Zoidberg: And you can keep your passive-aggressive code, thanks very much.
I think you misread the situation, both on twitter months ago and right now. Both times you've had a massive overreaction to something that isn't what you seem to think it is.

I was about to post how many women would go explore wilderness on their own (trailer speaking) but I decided not to; don't want to get political.

FleurEast: They assaulted you? Yeeeeeahh...

Zoidberg: https://www.dictionary.com/browse/assaulted

Sudden? Check.
Violent? Check.
Attack? Check.

You're welcome.
Relax, man. Let bygones be bygones and let's all cheer for the game finally being on GOG (I hope it's a sign for a positive change on GOG's "not-niche" curation system).

And thank you for helping the game get here ;)

And yet you did anyway.

FleurEast: Deluded? Check.

To add: I think you need to go to a police station and report this. You just made the complaint somebody violently assaulted you. Seems pretty serious. If it turns out you just mean they were a little mean in your comments then you're massively misusing the English language. I hope the person you're aiming that at doesn't doesn't counter it. Not sure I'd like to be wrongly accused of such serious charges either.
Quote the tweet I was refering to if you are so clever then...

I didn't misread anything: my inquiries WERE ignored. All I got from Inkle and the dev were blocks, NOTHING else.
And from what remained: they acted like asses. And from what has been posted here by them? Nothing is there to change my mind.

"Too niche"™, actually.
Not to forget "too small in scale in terms of production value for our users".

Already picked up one copy (+ soundtrack) and will gift a second one to the significant other when it's no longer discounted.

I'll take that code if you don't want it, please.
I noticed a slight change in the curation system or rather in the way of GOG now reconsidering some of their decisions when they see that it might have been wrong (which means: not actually in the interestst of their customer base) in the first place. I am glad to see this and I am glad that this game has finally arrived here on GOG.

@joningold: Do you plan localisation(s) as well?

First screenshots made me suspicious of the title, but branching storyline (in an adventure game!) made me really intrigued.

If anyone understands how branching storyline works, would they mind explaining it to me?

You didn't get a reply (at first), you then interpreted that as being ignored and complained about that.

You are also outright lying when you say all you got from them were blocks.

You even replied to that tweet, so don't claim you didn't see it.

Absolutely recommend this game. Pity it took so long to get here.
If we can get the Sorcery! games at some point that be nice too.

omega64: They... Get a free key for telling the developers to go fuck themselves? What? I'm so confused.

joningold: nah, it's for getting us onto GoG. They wouldn't have reconsidered the game if it wasn't for the minor storm created by this particular users tweets. Crazy but true.

(To re-iterate: insulting us will not give you free codes. Don't be that guy.)
Okay, but who do I have to insult to get Sorcery on here? (I already have it pretty much everywhere else. In my living room, too.)
