1. I wait another 2 hours, refresh the page, but it still did not show the game.
2. I clicked the REFRESH button under the avatars of GOG and Steam, the game jumped up and I can add it to my Library.
3. Yes, now I owned this GOG game. Thanks to GOG.

but based on other announcement, it may be fully updated. It seem there has been only three updates since release on steam and latest trackable is 1.1, which is also first update after release.

It's actually version 1.0.3 on GOG... but the date in the patch notes is today, 8th of July 2020, so it should be the latest version...
