yyahoo: Massive thumbs down to Nordic for continuing to sell a (very expensive) DLC pack for a 3 year old game.

Also, since it's a little unclear in the post, if you want the 75% discount on Darksiders, you must buy every Darksiders title, 1, 2, *and* the DLC pack.
I wouldn't be surprised if one of the stipulations of Nordic rejoining GoG was to sell any DLC it wanted separate.

I doubt *any* publisher is restricted from selling any DLC they want. There's just a certain point where they should let it go...
I never had any trouble playing the first Darksiders with a mouse and keyboard. The control scheme is a bit weird at first but very quickly you get used to it and it works well. It's The Witcher 1 that way. They don't use the left side of the keyboard in usual ways but it works well once you've used it a few times and get playing.

JudasIscariot: Both are playable with M + KB although I think Darksiders 2 was more mouse and keyboard friendly from what I remember.
As calvariae pointed out earlier, does the gog release contain the crucible dlc ?
Brilliant GoG!

Two of my favourite action RPGs of the last few years. I've put endless hours into the console versions and now looking forward to playing them again on PC.
I do think these are overpriced (not to mention VERY expensive DLC pack), but great games to have on GOG nonetheless.
Great games! The first one has a really unique setting and I love the mix of Zelda and God of War.
It is really great. I did play through the first with m + kb btw. So it is not terrible.
Which one is the best in term of story, gameplay, features, etc?

Darksiders II is a bit more open world, features huge bosses, is bigger overall, tends to somewhat over-rely on rolling sphere puzzles in some places.

Darksiders has the more buff hero and not the "do you even lift?" Death. If you like God of War then the first Darksiders is right up your alley.

Both games are solid 8/10s imo :)

Hi Judas, could you please have a look into Darksiders II? I can choose only an English Installer, but Shop Page states there should be a German one. :)

It's an all-in-one installer, Darksiders I has the separate installers :)
