Wait, so now quality games are being released for free and unfinished trash called "Early Access" is something that we have to pay for? What is this loopy land and how did I get here?

CharlesGrey: Same. Is this a prequel or sequel... ? Or are they only loosely related?

markrichardb: It's a side story within the same universe, which usually means some references to the first game. My guess is playing Stasis is not necessary, though it could enhance the experience.
And thanks to you as well, even if you're not Picard!

I think I'll play Stasis first, then Cayne, as soon as I'm in the mood for some Sci-Fi Horror.
Loved Stasis ^^
Thanks for the free game and i bought the Deluxe because i like the Soundtrack.
If I was into horror, I'd grab both this and Stasis! I love the well-polished isometric format. It's also a real boon for the motion-sickness folks like me, where horror occupies most of first-person (rendering playing something like RE7 impossible).
Really awesome move by the developers, kinda like the guys that make open-source software and ask for donations to be able to keep making it. I really want to support them now. Not sure it's such a good idea for me, though. Maybe at noon with all the lights turned on...

Yeah, I'm that guy when it comes to horror games. I get way too immersed in them for my own good and it tends to hit too close to home thanks to the intensity of my imagination. Still, I really, really want to support any developer that makes such an awesome business move. I'll try to play it and see where I end up I guess.
Thanks for the free game, should be interesting to play.

Vythonaut: Everyone and their grandmothers should play STASIS[...]
What if the grandmothers departed for other planes many many years ago?
Awesome, thanks to The Brotherhood for this freebie!

I do hope we'll still see another classic freeware freebie released during the summer or next Christmas. Halloween Harry, Heroine's Quest, SimCity 1, Death Rally, etc.
Thank you for the freebie!
A TON of thanks to The Brotherhood, for bringing this DRM-free to GOG! Looks so amazing!
And I loved Stasis, as well.

Bought the Deluxe Pack, to show my appreciation for the developers. ( :
Free, that is great. Looks like stasis from the pictures. Surprised its on here for free but I like free. Thanks GOG!
Another day, another freebie.

Gog being gog.
I really need to try doing Stasis again. Getting stuck at the second screen is really annoying, and I suck at those games but as it's supposed to be short...

Nice having those free games available on GOG. Good move.

It's supposed to be free, it's advertisement for their next game's crowdfunding.

And yes it's supposed to be Stasis, same universe or something like that.

I discovered this yesterday on steam because of a post here on GOG. After downloading it I really wanted to have it here on GOG. Browsing again through the forums showed me that it is already on the way (The Brotherhood confirmed this) and now it is already here. Thank you GOG and than you The Brotherhood for this great game!
WABAM day one purchase. Here's a fiver.

Lesson: Make good games (like Stasis); get more money and support.
Yay for the DRM-free release! Now just do the Linux version of Stasis
