Perpetual Edition of BOOK OF HOURS – an elegant, melancholy, combat-free RPG set in an occult library, where you can enjoy the sweet peace of organizing books and customizing your new home, all while unpeeling centuries of history from the occult stones about you, is now available on GOG with a -10% discount that lasts until August 24th, 5 PM UTC!

And what does Perpetual Edition bring, you ask? Well, it gets you all future paid expansions for free! In other words, during the first week (until August 24th, 5pm UTC) every purchased copy of the game is automatically Perpetual Edition (you don't have to do anything special to unlock it), it costs the same as the normal version of the game and it will grant you ALL future paid expansions for FREE – starting right now with an exclusive set of wallpapers!

Get ready to acquire, restore and catalog occult books, scrolls and curiosities, study the nine Wisdoms, and conquer the nine Elements of the Soul, guide visitors who come seeking your assistance, choosing their paths and stories, explore the Secret Histories and the pantheon of Hours that rules them, restore a vast crumbling edifice built on the foundations of an ancient abbey, and wrestle your past from obscurity.

Check it out, enjoy your Perpetual Edition and determine how history is written!
Going to pick it up for sure, but Gods know when I get to actually play it with all this good shit coming out lately.
It's the new game from the makers of Cultist Simulator!
I like the concept of a "Perpetual Edition", the first game had it, too. It's like getting a GOTY / definitive edition on day one.
Will definitely check this one out!
Cultist Simulator is great!
Going to buy this new game quickly ^^
And...Thanks for Linux :)

Going to pick it up for sure, but Gods know when I get to actually play it with all this good shit coming out lately.

I was thinking of making a screenshot of all the announcements to post it next time when some guys claim that all we get are porn games.

Going to pick it up for sure, but Gods know when I get to actually play it with all this good shit coming out lately.

It's getting expensive for me, what with having bought Baldur's Gate 3 a few days ago and now this. Ah well, it's been a few years since I bought any game for full price, so fair's fair.
Well, the "Perpetual Edition" offer is gone now; it expired a few minutes ago. Glad I got my copy in time.

Sadly, GoG did another switcheroo of game catalog entries to implement this timed offer. They deleted the original entry and the old link leads nowhere now:
https://www.gog.com/en/game/book_of_hours_perpetual_edition

GoG carelessly deleted ALL of the early reviews and praises together with it.
Why are you so disrespectful of user-generated content???

The new catalog page is now totally virgin and lifeless:
https://www.gog.com/en/game/book_of_hours

BTW: Searching for "Books of Hours" still gives me the old link... and then promptly redirects to the catalog search. When will that update? (edit: got fixed 15 mins later)
