King’s Bounty: Dark Side Premium Edition, the fourth and newest entry in 1C’s strategy-RPG series, complete with the Dark Side Cookies DLC is available now on GOG.com for up to 75% off! The discount also applies to the standard edition, premium edition upgrade should you ever change your mind, as well as all previous entries in the series.

If you already own the previous King's Bounty games, or want to complete your collection in one single purchase, you can take advantage of our -75% King's Bounty series discount. If you're not ready to commit, you can always buy a single game in the series for 50% off!

King’s Bounty: Dark Side Premium Edition introduces a brand new perspective on the world of King’s Bounty. Dark Side is the first game in the series to feature three unique protagonists with individual backstories, offering the opportunity to join “the bad guys” from previous games.
As one of three protagonists, Baghyr - an orc warrior, Daert - a young vampire, and demoness Neoleene, you’ll embark on the Dark Journey to the other side of Teana to ultimately defeat the forces of invading Humans and Elves.
With the Dark Side Cookies bonus DLC you’ll also receive plenty of content to enhance your experience, including two additional locations, over a dozen additional quests, a new unit, and a fancy Clot of Darkness amulet to give your cash and experience earnings a little boost.

Join in on King’s Bounty: Dark Side Premium Edition, DRM-Free with an up to -75% launch discount on GOG.com! The special launch offer will be available until Tuesday, January 20th, at 1:59 PM GMT.
For those who are hesitating on King's Bounty - you should buy these games. I already own King's Bounty: The Legend in physical format (this was the only one in the series free from online DRM prior to their appearance on GoG) and it is an absolutely superb game - perhaps a hundred hours long, with its own unique charm and a simple but deep tactical combat system. The only rough edges center on the translation from Russian, but if one turns a blind eye to some strange translations of idioms, even these can be interpreted as charming.

Nice release, grabbed it along with WotN to complete my collection. Thank you fro the nice discount! :)
Made my choice. For now it's only Dark Side Premium Edition.

Enjoy gaming everyone.

I also only got the Dark Side Premium Edition, but in my case, it was by mistake. In spite of ownership of a disc version of the Legend, I would have gotten the full bundle had I noticed it (I think it may not have been on the front page yet, when I made my purchase) . Now I am a bit sour that I haven't seen it ,and will stick with the Dark Side alone as a result.

You can still get the bundle at the full 75% discount, at this link

It's like you want to buy the bundle and you already have one of it, so the discount still applies. Try it. For me it shows that I could still buy it for 12.07 euro.
Nice to see this game released on GOG and with the discount offered to those who have the earlier titles in the series. Thank you GOG.
These games are so pretty; I'm happy just looking at them.

Fortunate, as it will be another two years before I finish even the first one.

PaterAlf: I know. And I feel very dirty and ashamed for giving in (it was the first regionally priced game that I've ever bought). Any ideas what I could do to compensate my sin?
avatar
HypersomniacLive: No idea how such sins can be redeemed. I guess what's done is done now, so just play the hell out of it.

*shakes head in disappointment, never expected PaterAlf to cave*
I had gone over the dark side and
and [url=http://www.gog.com/forum/general/weekly_staff_picks_japanese_roleplay_d0d65/post11]Sinned X2 again.
I haven't even scratch the first game (The Legend)

What can I do?

Thanks, GOG, for this special offer! King's Bounty series is beautiful and enjoyable. I think I'll take this chance to buy them all.

I think you misunderstand the kind of sins PaterAlf and I were discussing.

As for your type of sin, the only redemption you have left is to play the hell out of them.
It would be cool if the bugs for WotN were fixed before work on this newest DLC-at-the-price-of-a-full-game was allowed to go forward, don't you think GOG?

"GOG: It's broken, you bought it."

Nop I understand that paterAlf sin is about regional pricing, but you seems like the priestly keane type based on your name tag so I decided to bait a joke.

Oh knowledgeable one, I fear I am not able to play the hell out of them because I don't think I can complete my backlog in my lifetime. As such I fear I may never able to redeem myself

PaterAlf: Ok, I feel too bad about buying a regional priced game. Does anyone know how to ask for a refund (because of impulse buying)? Can't find an option for that in the "My orders, payments and downloading games" section of the "Contact us" form.
Ah the terrible thing is now everyone who bought the game and is enjoying it will look upon you not in solidarity for the resisting Regional pricing but in pitty that you walk on broken glass while the vast majority drink their drink, enjoy it and throw the bottles on the roadway in front of you. The ideals lost in their intoxication imbued by the games.

Just for further reference. If you buy in any online store in the EU (gog, Steam, gamersgate, amazon, mindfactory, etc.) you are entitled to a 14 day no questions asked refund since June 2014 when an EU law was passed regulating this. You can use that right if you did not download the game after purchase but you must make a refund request up to 14 days after purchase.

Gotta say yes for that price (regionally priced or not). Already have the other games from GOG (and no, I haven't played any of them yet).
