#1 Wasteland 2 ($15) - I love post-apocalyptic RPGs because of Fallout, and I really liked Wasteland 2 too. Now that the Director's Cut is coming, I'm eager to see how they've improved the already awesome game. It suffered from bugs when it launched, but I'm guessing most of them have been fixed by now anyway.
#2 Project Eternity ($20) - A modern classic that's on the same level with Baldur's Gate, etc. The main story is a bit confusing; other than that, great game.
#3 Shadowrun: Hong Kong ($15) - Good game, but not as good as Shadowrun: Dragonfall. The story isn't as interesting, but that's about the only thing it suffers from.
#4 Xenonauts ($20) - Pretty good, although I prefer XCOM. Started to get a bit repetitive near the end, but overall I had a good time nevertheless.
#5 Carmageddon: Reincarnation ($25) - I love Carmageddon, thus I enjoyed this game too. It did have some technical difficulties though, such as framerate drops. The AI is also quite bad.
#6 Make Leisure Suit Larry come again! ($15) - Graphical overhaul, and that's about it. It's basically still the same game, and that's fine because that's what I wanted anyway. The voice recording quality was less than stellar at some points.
#7 Dead State: The Zombie Survival RPG ($15) - Dragged on and on and on. Incredibly repetitive. Was incredibly buggy in release. I had huge expectations for this game, more than any other KS I've backed, and I was severely let down.
#8 Neverending Nightmares ($10) - Dull, short and failed to scare.
#9 Haunts: The Manse Macabre ($5) - Was never completed, the developer ran out of money.
KickStarters I didn't back but I wish I had (because they were soooo good when I finally got to play them...or at least worthy enough to deserve a pledge):
- Shadowrun Returns
- FTL
- Divinity: Original Sin
- Hand of Fate
- Chroma Squad
- Expeditions: Conquistador
- Project Giana
