It's just Piranjade's "work" account. She replaced Outstarwalker as GOGcom Twitch Stream Team Coordinator (or whatever the official job title is) earlier this year, and so apparently decided to get a more official blue-text account for the occasional announcement in these forums.

Maxvorstadt: What? What has happened to Outstar? I hope she`s well.
I don't follow the Twitch channel real closely, but I think she quit, in part, to have more time to work on her game? Or something? Anyway, I think she still streams at least occasionally on her own channel, and I know she's done at least one or two guest streams on the GOGcom channel since leaving (including one earlier this month for GOG's anniversary celebration).
