Hawk52: 600. I made sure to look into that to make sure I cleared the minimum's.

Rievier: Then you won't have any problems with it whatsoever. Sorry that I asked, but you know, better safe than sorry.
Trust me, I'm very happy for all the help. This is a big purchase for me.
Buy one which comes with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt!

The 960 he ordered should come with it. That said, I think he'll need a CPU update to run it well.

The GTX 960 is an excellent card for the price, I'm running one of them and very happy with it. It will no doubt help your CPU but will still bottleneck in some high graphic games.

Witcher 3 is an added bonus, but I haven't even played through Witcher 1 or been able to play Witcher 2 at all, so it's not something I'm chomping at the bit for.

My plan of action is as soon as I get some money (...if I ever do) I'll upgrade my CPU and go from there. As long as I get a good boost from the GTX 960 I'll be happy for now.

I'm not familiar with your specific CPU, but generally the GTX 960 or even the GTX 750 ti are good medium range graphics cards, which offer a great price/performance ratio, and can easily keep up with the current generation of game consoles. I'm currently still on a 750 ti, but should receive my own GTX 960 soon. The only reason I even decided to upgrade is Witcher 3, since 99% of the games on GOG run just fine with the 750 ti @ 1080p.

By the way, even the 750 ti nearly maxes out Witcher 2 ( I think about 45+FPS @ 1080p with all settings at max, except Ubersampling ), so you should have absolutely no problems on the GTX 960.

I finally got the card, and installed it.

I never checked to see if it had a VGA output. It doesn't. So now I have to get a VGA to DVI adapter. :(
