When I tried the trial of Game Collector, the boxes were all tiny and with very low-quality art - is that a trial thing, or are there some customization options that I have missed? Are you using the box art fetched automatically or do you download your own?

I do both automatic box art and some I have populated myself. It has taken images 900x700 or so with no problem, but I have to store them in a folder as the image in the program are just links. I don't profess that the program is perfect, but IMO iti is the best one out there I've seen. The amount of data it stores for archiving is very impressive, and it has user generated fields as well. FWIW, I noticed no difference between the functionality of the trial and the purchased program except a few Pro features such as bulk edit were missing and of course the quantity limit on the trial. Overall I'm pretty sastified and not tied to a single site to see my library.

Not a sales pitch, but it works well for me.

Please guys! Do not forget to record a Youtube video to show how "few time" you used with that great programs. With a comparison about how long to start to use the old GOG library (seconds) would be just awesome.

I don't have a big issue with this at all, all I can see is that they made it look like a shelf more... which is cool I guess. I don't spend a lot of time looking at my games on GOG's website... so I don't see what the big issue is...

Yeah, and I do not care at all about achievements, or "played time" or "make friends" in a client, and I never said others to forget about that features. The same I do not care about the PM issue, and I support who feel dissapointed about what happened with the PM

There are 5 ways to sort the library, and a search. If you can't accept one of those five ways, then perhaps you have an underlying psychological problem.

You were even offered a potential solution by a trusted community member in the form of an extensible script some three years ago.
