richlind33: elghinnfaer, if you haven't already, I'd try reinstalling the game and then try to load your game save. And check to see if it helps any of the other issues you've mentioned. If that doesn't help, give the patch a try when it finally shows up. If you're still having issues, see if you can get someone to give you a newer version of the game.

elghinnfaer: Get someone to give me a newer version of the game ? I bought the game, that someone would be Hello Games through GoG downloads.
And one of the many things I did to try and get my save to work was to re- install the game and try the save, I even went so far as to reinstall the game and copy the save over after I disabled my internet to make sure the game would not go online to try and do anything to invalidate my save.
The game is just too unstable right now for reliable saves of any type, and to be honest that combined with the fact I must have GoG Galaxy to navigate and only with a x-box controller mind you renders this game unplayable to me. I did not pay money to be a beta tester
The last thing I can think of is your installer might have been corrupted during the download. Ask GOG to let you download it again. If you've already decided to get a refund, they might want you try that anyway.
