teceem: It's a weird issue. I thought 20 FPS would look a lot more 'choppy', but it doesn't.

Berzerk2002: If it's not choppy it could be that Fraps & Afterburner are just displaying a wrong framerate. I made a screenshot with Bandicam. The framerate shown is the one set under VID_MODE (2560 1440 32 144).
See my last post above yours (the video).
It would be the first time that 2! fps tools show me the wrong frame rate, but I suppose it's possible.
Looks definitely not like 20 fps. Turning left or right would be much less smooth. I assume the game is running at 60 but those programs display a false framerate for whatever reason.

Thanks for the confirmation!
I've never cared that much about frame rate. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed runs at a fixed (and steady) 30 FPS, and it plays pretty fluid to me. But yeah, (real) 20 FPS is something else...

Please check one more thing in Fraps and see what framerate is set for video recording. I've read that the fps ingame wouldn't go above the number set for this.

A recorded in Afterburner - see attachment for settings. The video looks exactly like how I experienced playing the game.
