Honestly not sure for other way than after using the ''quote'' button just delete the other quoted posts and leave the one you want to show. Just like I did with yours.

Bump

I just started playing Pony Island. Trying to take photos with my smartphone while I jump hurdles with my pony:)
BUMP
I'd be interested in Her Story or 2064: Read Only Memories from the Humble Narrative Bundle, if I may.

I enjoy a good mystery, and at least two of the games in this bundle seem to provide it.

I've been curious about Her Story, but never got around to getting it.

2064: Read Only Memories has an intriguing premise, and a couple of the not so favourable reviews intrigue me even more.

I had not heard of Cibele before, but I looked it up. Got me curious, but I'm not sure if it's really my cup of tea.

Cheers for the GA and the chance, and Happy Holidays.
Pony Island is one of those games that you either find brilliant or annoying. You are trapped inside an arcade game and you need to escape but you can't even start the game because someone sabotages you. The music reminds arcade games from the 80s, when you win it's fun, when you lose it gets on your nerves. To play this game you need skills. A significant part of the game involves mini platformer games where a pony jumps, uses wings and shoots stuff with laser. You need good coordination skills to get past these or else you get stuck and can't proceed with the game. You also need some minor programming skills. As you can see in the pics, there are these lines with code and you have to put things in order so that you get the last line needed to unlock something. And it's not as simple as putting arrows in the correct squares. Sometimes you have to do loops, and other times, as the program executes itself, you have to change the contents of the squares at the right moment. In the second phase of the game, these puzzles are replaced by butterflies that travel like the code loops but the logic is similar. The platformer also get more difficult because you have to shoot butterflies but avoid some other things. Apart from these, the game is straightforward, you can only do one thing to advance the action and even if you don't have any hints, you can use trial and error. But you need to be careful because the screen is dark and you might miss a point or portal at the edge. There is only one save because you don't have to save in case you make a mistake. You can quit the game and the next time you open it you can continue your previous game or delete save data and start a new one. During the game you can get info on who you are and how you ended there but that doesn't add much to the plot. An interesting part is the desktop where you click on files to execute them, I found the messenger funny. The game can be completed in 2-3 hours. There is a boss battle that reminds me of the final battle in Juju Densetsu (Toki), where the monkey fights a big demon or something.

There is also a secret ending in the game. There are tickets scaterred around in the game and you can collect them. To activate the secret ending, you have to get all 24 tickets. It's practically impossible to get them all by wild guessing, so you can use a guide/walkthrough. The secret ending is another boss battle with 3 phases. You need patience and excellent platformer arcade skills to win these battles, there are videos on youtube if you want to see what happens.

Thank you for your gift! The stories appear to be short stories (or at least each "book" is capable of being finished in an hour or so, so...short?), and I've finished one, so I figured I'd talk about it?
I read "Destroyer of Worlds" last night, and when I started it out, it was quite an interesting concept, that filled my mind with all the possible amazing potential.
Unfortunately, the pay-off was a bit...underwhelming. It went a bit of a boring route.

I'd go into greater detail, but I take it that you have the same bundle for yourself, and I don't want to spoil anything. Thanks again, brake! On your recommendation, I'll tackle The Girls Guide to the Apocalypse next, I think.

brake_id: Since my previous post in one of the general discussions( and more specific ''Ninja Giveaway 2.0'' ) was not seen fitting well with the discussion title ( and maybe discussion purpose ), causing some people arguing with each other or some even replying to my post with simply ''?'', I decided to make my own humble giveaway topic.

Thus I will appreciate if you follow some requirements:

1. Be polite and don't argue with each other. This is meant to be something positive and not cause negative outbursts.
2. While I am looking to give away the said games/ books I have nothing against people discussing specifically about the items I am giving away ( whether its a gameplay, opinion and experience about those games/ books ). So feel free to do so, without drawing away too much into something absolutely irrelevant.
3. I would rather not give something to someone who just registered today, for the purpose to fill their library. No matter how good or bad my gift is.
4. If someone wants to take any of the listed below, then they should post here first, quoting my post and stating which one they want ( I don't like hoarders so You better not say you want all :) Also state why do you want that specific game/book.
5. The person, receving a gift must either provide a short review of the game/book ( whatever they pick, nothing too long, that will take more than 5-10 minutes of thinking and writing; I believe a person could write their own opinion. vision, without having to take much time ) or they should play and stream the game ( if its possible for them; we can rearange when that stream will happen; also if the person wants they can invite others to their gameplay via this topic ) for 15 minutes ( obviously if its one of the book bundles playing is not possible but the person may shortly tell in their own wrods what the story is about or their own opinion).
The reviews must be done here in this discussion.
6. If you have no real intention in using those or have no time to do any of the above tasks, then feel free to pass this. I have no intention to force people do something, they don't really want to, as there are other giveaway topics they can benefit from.

SO HERE IS WHAT I HAVE ( those are drm-free versions and are tight to your Humble Bundle account, once you claim them. So they are yours for forever.

doctorsinister: May I be in for Ronin from Devolver Bundle ?
I like side scroller games like Mark of the Ninja etc.
Ronin from the looks of it is very similar to that game.
Sorry for the late reply. I couldn't quote you, due to post limits ( or something like that ). In any ways I had The Devolver Bundle, since the time you posted
