FWIW, I love the concept of this giveaway, but I'm not at all interested in the games you're offering for this round. I do look forward to future rounds, though.

I agree with bler that the hints seem hard; there's also very little overlap between the words, so getting a couple of hints will offer only marginal benefit for getting the others, which will basically mean that you need to *know* the vast majority of the games quite well to have any hopes of solving the puzzle.

Ok I tried... but:
8. Medically induced coma

I know what game it should be but there is no enough space for the game title (maybe it's just the first word I don't know, or maybe it's the protagonist of the game "job", or maybe it's the antagonist).

Also it's really difficult, especially if one did not play all the games mentioned...
And even if you have it's not something easy to solve.

9. Securing your abode...? What is this? Something like the sims? A tower defense game?

4. He is not a penitent man? Duke Nukem? I really don't know....

10. Arrrr!? but it's not monkey island... not even LeChuck.

13. No rabbids to be found here (this is the only one that I was able to solve).

I'm sorry, I really tried but it's just too difficult for me (and I'm not even a native english speaker, so it's even worst).
And Doom 1 and 2 are games that I would like to play.

For the 'penitent' thing even once I knew it was a game I had trouble getting "The penitent man shall pass" out of my head. Looked at the wiki for Crusader: No remorse (which I haven't played) and couldn't make anything match with that either. :)

Ah well. It was fun to try.

In the end I tried to answer to everything (except 9, I really don't have any idea about that). Still I don't know most of the games and this crossword don't complete itself when you know some games title.
I think the main problem is that if you know all games in the crossword you already own doom and doom 2 (and still, I know number 1... I played it, but I still got it by luck... I really don't know why "Duck and cover").

And many games are really too niche... Why don't put something like Baldur's Gate, Deus Ex etc... that are immortal classic that everybody know (at least on gog)?

Yes, it's a giveaway, it's free, I know... but doom 1-2 are really cheap, and this is more difficult than any other giveaway.

The new clues helped a lot! I solved only 1 game initially, then 4 more after the new clues, and 6 more on the last set of clues. I've only played like 4 of the games before though
