None of the games I voted for on Wishlist have been carried over to the Dreamlist as I have added a few that were on Wishlist but not yet on Dreamlist. Some games are still sitting on the Dreamlist with lower counts than what they have on the Wishlist.

This is indeed known. Make sure to double check for misdirected votes as well, if you know of Same Name games.

Edit: Dragon Quest VII Reimagined is no longer impossible to add.

It's a goshdanged LCD game. Which while emulators exist for, I doubt GOG nor Disney are frankly interested in something which might reach the enthralling heights of 500 milliseconds of novelty before someone quickly goes to do something more exciting like dust their ceiling fans.
