What I noticed:
-not a single word or mention about drm-free :(

There are two sections about GOG.com and there one could expect a mentioning about DRM-free, but maybe they only wrote down what will change and if DRM-free doesn't change... no need to mention it.

I don't know. It seems like the emphasis is shifting a bit away from surfing on the DRM-free wave and more focusing towards services like Galaxy or Early Access or easier payment and more localizations.

And as long as DRM free is included in the mix, everything is fine to me. And I simply think it is unrealistic at the moment to not trust them to remain DRM free. The moment they give up on it, I will switch to Steam and never look back.

Well it was a "financial result and strategy" stream mostly directed as shareholders and such, not the "conference" stream they do from times to times directed towards gamers/gaming press.

Most of the target audience of yesterday stream don't care about DRM-free and probably don't even know what it is.

But, but... delivering DRM-free games is the core strategy of GOG.com and maybe the biggest pillar on which the success of GOG is based. DRM free is a very important part of the strategy of GOG. I could argue that shareholders who do not know this nor are interested in that are a bit ignorant and could as well invest their money into anything (EA, Activision, ...),

But somehow I guess you are right. :)

From shareholders Q&A chat (translated by me):

_marcin_: Dear Sirs, is announcement of new AAA game on GOG.com is tied with changing policy on DRM protection? Do you plan availability of games with and without DRM simultaneously on GOG.com?

Adam Kiciński: We're constantly focusing on titles without protection and that's our plan for announced AAA game too.

Ah. "We're still focusing..." clearly means this can end anytime soon and "... that's our plan..." means that this may not be anymore the case since plans can and do change all the time.

End of DRM-free of GOG.COM announced! Wuhu... ;)
Oh come on. :D

edit: It was "Cały czas skupiamy się na tytułach bez zabezpieczeń" which literally could be translated to "We're constantly focusing on titles without protection".

Don't be lying to us. It's clear from your avatar that GOG will now be using Battle.net for activation from now on. :P

There's plenty of mention of that in this much more verbose report:
https://www.cdprojekt.com/resources/document/ENG/2015/2015_RS_spraw_zarzadu_eng.pdf
;-)

Was just kidding. Thanks for translating. I guess our polish is a bit weak. :)

Indeed, thanks, there are three DRM-free mentions on that 61-pages document.
One of them caught my attention:
In order to provide added security for players, GOG Galaxy can download DRM-free back-up copies directly to the user’s computer.
So that means I can use Galaxy to easily backup gog installers (all my library) on my hdd/ssd?

Yes, that has always been the case (or at least always since it went public beta and I installed it).

Indeed, depending on your definition of easily. :-) You click on a game, click 'More', click on 'Get Backup & Extras', then click on the files you want to download. You have to download each extra individually, you can't get 'em all at once like with the Downloader (yet).

That corresponds to the original formulation "GOG Galaxy can download DRM-free back-up copies directly to the user’s computer. ". They never claimed it would be easy.
