English is not my native language.
The announcement [1] said the Sale ends at April 16, 10 PM UTC,
but in fact it ends at April 16, 10 AM UTC.

If you know how to describe it better, please tell me.

I don't know how to calculate clocks? Seems like it's the other way round to me.
And your constant complaining just confirms it.

The countdown timer WAS correct before.
But now it's been changed, and it shows 7 days 2 hours.
