An GOG staff claimed that GOG was the only DRM-free digital distributor for PC games.
No, it is not.

Game stores with multiple categories:
Crytivo
- You get an DRM-free copy of the game on the site. (Detail)
- Every purchase gives you "Crytivo Coins" which you can use to lower the price of your next purchase.

DLGamer

Epic Games
- Please append the option -EpicPortal to executables or make shortcuts

FIREFLOWER GAMES
- Exclusively DRM-free, and carries quite a few titles that are not sold at GOG.

Game Jolt

Gamebillet
- You can select and view DRM-free category.
- Download your DRM-free installers as soon as possible.

GamersGate
- You can download DRM-free installers with SirPrimalforms' old trick

Gamesplanet
- Sells some GOG keys.

GOG
- I have over 1000 games here.
- In the past, 99% of my digital downloaded legal games were GOG version.

Groupees
- they mention in the bundle page if the games need to be activated elsewhere or if they're DRM free

Humble Bundle
- Some DRM-free games here have more updated version than GOG version.
- That is, some developers love Humble Bundle more.
- (Well, some GOG games have more updated version than Humble Bundle version.)
- Sells some GOG keys.

indiegala
- indiegala freebies are usually DRM-free downloads.
- Their ebooks catalogue, part of their eroge catalogue and some of their bundles are also DRM free.

itch.io
- Many games here are time-limit 100% off, you can grab them totally free.

Matrix Games
- Copy-protected by "cd-key" but you can backup game files after you installed it.
- You can also select physical shipment.

Nutaku
- Click "PC" and then "Paid Games." You'll see dozens of DRM-Free titles.

Steam
- No, I am not joking. Steam do have many DRM-free games.
- Once you downloaded those true DRM-free games, you can backup them as you like, and run the game everywhere without Steam client installed. [1] [3]

Funnily enough, it appears Duke is still being sold on Zoom - https://www.zoom-platform.com/#store-duke-nukem-3d-atomic-edition. Maybe somebody forgot to send them a memo? :P

And Overlord 2 is sold there, but not on GOG yet. Strange because you'd think Codemasters would get more sales here.

Hmmm, here I was expecting tinfoil hats and salty tears. I even brought Max.

Oh well, add Abandonia to the list. It's not all DRM free, but they've got quite a few.

When I last checked, GOG was the only DRM-free digital distributor for PC. And we still release DRM-free games on a (almost) daily basis. And if you don't want to use GOG Galaxy, you don't have to. Just sayin'.

It looks not like a store.
They don't sell, but they certainly do distribute. They only have abandoned titles, so dosbox bait for the most part. It's where old timers got the good old games before GOG started selling them. Your call if that fits your list.

square enix gave a drm-free hitman. although there was no redownload from the account. you had to access it via your email. plus i never actually installed it since i own it here. so can't verify their terminology. also, i believe uplay gave an old rainbow six retail through their platform. which turned out to be drm-free. i can't verify this because it has been some time.
