You need to be always online to play it; it kind of defeat the whole "DRM-free" thingy.

I'll need some more information here – the only Majesty I see on Steam is "Majesty Gold HD"; are there like two different .exes or something? (Don't have it myself.)

This probably disqualifies it from the list. I'll add a note there somewhere.

There is only one version now, I think, same as with Strangers Wrath. All Majesty versions got overwritten by the HD version when it was released. (correct me if I am wrong)
Fallout 3 GOTY and Batman: Arkham Asylum GOTY bought from Steam does not launch Steam client when i clicked their respective .exes. But they use GFWL.

Okay, we've got conflicting reports here. DodoGeo claims Majesty HD is DRM-free here. We'll need some clarification on this.

Darksiders 1, ZenoClash and Fallout: New Vegas requires Steam to run.

Fallout 3 uses GFWL, but not as DRM, so it can stay on the list; I'll remove the question mark. I believe Batman: AA uses SecuROM (or was that patched out?), so that one's out.

Yeah you have 2 folders in your Steam folder

There is Majesty Gold Edition and also Majesty HD folder, same on my games list, there is Majesty Gold and Majesty HD (HD is the same as Gold with all the extra stuff but runs in higher resolutions).

If I run the Majesty.exe from the Gold Edition folder its starts Steam Client before launching.

If I run MajestyHD.exe from the HD folder it does not start Steam client and runs

Thanks. Updated the list with a link to this post.
Just so you can see what I mean see attached images, one is my Steam Library and the other is the Steamapps folder on my hard drive :)
