This weekend, we're celebrating the 11th anniversary of GOG.COM's launch. We've been preserving classic games for over a decade now, hand-picking unique modern indies, and sharing all of them DRM-free. Time flies, right?

There's no better way to celebrate this round-plus-one anniversary than with even more games! That's why, together with Anuman Interactive, we're bringing back the classic version of XIII! This unique shooter from 2003 will make you feel like you’re playing a living comic-book, as you chase a gang of conspirators that framed you for murdering the President of the United States. With David Duchovny as the voice of your protagonist, this is a game you simply cannot ignore.

That's not all, as more highly requested games join our DRM-free catalog today! Battle through an onslaught of monsters in DUSK (-25%) with its retro visuals, powerful guns, cross-play multiplayer, and the exclusive THE GOGATORIUM map for the endless mode. Platforming more your style? Explore a fantasy world and crawl through dungeons in procedurally-generated adventure platformer Chasm (-35%). Finally, take a trip to Mars to master your skills and discover the secrets of the Red Planet in two exciting RPG titles - Mars: War Logs (-75%) and The Technomancer (-65%).

We also asked the GOG.COM team what they've been playing recently and picked their brains to learn more about their favorite titles on the platform. Why? To bring back the classic tradition of GOG.COM Staff Picks and provide gamers with great deals on some of our most outstanding and memorable titles. Grab The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year Edition (-70%), Pathfinder: Kingmaker (-50%), Kingdom Come: Deliverance (-50%), Dead Cells (-33%), Stardew Valley (-25%), Hollow Knight (-40%), Heroes of Might and Magic 3: Complete (-75%), Gothic (-75%), Dungeon Keeper 2 (-75%), The Mystery of the Druids (-75%), and many more up to -80%, all hand-picked by our staff!

Discounts for new releases are valid until October 10th, 1 PM UTC and the GOG.COM Staff Picks deals are available until October 7th, 1 PM UTC.

We would also love to know what some of your favorite games are! How many of them are already available on GOG.COM and which ones are you still waiting for?

GameRager: I also love Shivers 2 and I would buy it again in a heartbeat if it came here(I have the first game on physical disc and also the second I believe).
It's impossible to resist those cheesy FMV sequences and pre-rendered backgrounds.

The first game was also good, as well. It's a shame they never made any more with similar theme or in the same world.
Happy Anniversary!

- Total Annihilation
- Baldur's Gate 1/2

Happy 11th anniversary GOG. I must say that I am impressed with your preservation of games. You've created a great catalogue of old and new games that me and many others can experience and even re-experience. Keep up the good work.

Your discounts for games are amazing. I've bought some of the best in gaming because of this and I thank you for allowing this to happen.

Some favorite games of mine include Doom, Doom 2, Doom 3, Dead Space, Star Wars Battlefront (Classic), Star Wars Battlefront II (Classic) and many more. It's great to see these games on GOG and that I can have another way to play them outside of console.

Here are some games that I would love to see on GOG:

1. Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie
2. Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy
3. Spyro Reignited Trilogy
4. Dead Space 2 + Severed DLC
5. Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis
6. Doom (2016)
7. Skyrim
8. Doom: Eternal
9. Wolfenstein: The New Order
10. Wolfenstein: The Old Blood
11. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus + All Freedom Chronicles Episodes
12. The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
13. LEGO Lord of the Rings
14. Aliens versus Predator 2
15. Aliens vs. Predator (2010)
16. Alien: Isolation
17. Batman: Arkham Asylum
18. Batman: Arkham City
19. Batman: Arkham Origins
20. Batman: Arkham Knight (Hopefully, you can get the game running smoothly considering that it had a rough launch on the PC back in 2015)
21. Transformers: War for Cybertron
22. Transformers: Fall of Cybertron
23. RAGE
24. RAGE 2
25. Grand Theft Auto 5

Anyway. Happy anniversary. Let's hope for more years of you guys considering that you are the best. DRM-free gaming is the future

GOG.com: which ones are you still waiting for?
Portal!
Hey, you asked! Clearly you never read any of my letters to Santa!
(And The Witcher is on Steam... so... one can dream)

The Art of War series would also be nice to have here.

The list of games that I am pleased to see on GOG is quite long. Particularly the Good Old Games.

Regarding Portal, instead of being promised cake, how about some pasteis de belem instead?

ReynardFox: I suspect asking us what games we want is just a cheap engagement stunt that nothing will become of, but what the hell...
...
1. Vanquish
2. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance
3. Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered
4. Batman: Arkham City
5. Deus Ex: Human Revolution: Director's Cut
6. Sonic Mania
7. Dragon Ball FighterZ
8. Guilty Gear Xrd: Rev 2
9. Ultra Street Fighter IV
10. Okami HD
11. Senran Kagura: Estival Versus
Unless I'm mistaking what you're implying, I imagine GOG would love to have most of those titles. $zł$zł$zł$zł$zł$
I've been here from the start supporting fellow Poles and after 11 years of using it I can say with certainty that GOG is getting worse with every second. Removing gogmixes because developers/publishers demanded it (they had no control over it and often a gogmix of the name "shitty game" was at the top next to the game which didn't stand well with them), banning people for non-politically correct comments, firing Linko90 for some harmless tweet which triggered some Resetera retards, some stupid curation which prevents good indie games to be present there (e.g. Grimoire, and yet they add some shitty visual novels for weaboos), etc. etc.

Due to this I'm buying more on Steam and less on GOG even though previously I always chose GOG over Steam, sometimes waiting years for a game to appear on GOG like it was with Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines).

Where did you learn this info? Links? Sounds like a rumor.

I just ran with the 'what ones are you still waiting for?' part of the question they posed.

I wouldn't mind the games I got codes for. If they went unclaimed... how come I couldn't use them?

Diablo 2 LOD
Metro Exodus just because it continues the story and it feels unfinished with only 2033 and Last Light here.

On the bans......agreed 100%. Catering to the latest "hate speech" needs to be banned(no matter the context or intent) crowd by seemingly most forums and sites is insane these days. A simple "no harassment/slander/libel" rule should suffice along with removing the worst comments/actual hate only.

(Sent friend req btw, if that is ok)

Agreed. I joined later... 2012. Progressively worse since I joined.

Isn't this a tad hyperbolic? There have been some good moments like new classic game releases, new devs and ip holders coming onboard, etc.
