RWarehall: So speaks the scammer...
I'm surprised no one put this jerk on the scammer list yet...
It's just because the guy who mantained it gave up updating it.
He was "attacked" by other users (eg: hedwards,Tauto), so he decided to stop : (

Also, there are too many fake accounts by now.
It's a chore to identify and track them.
Just an FYI, you can get GOG keys for Hard West from the Kickstarter. You have to message the devs directly and ask for them instead of the Steam keys you pledged for.
I know because I did exactly that. ;)

So, at least Kickstarter Hard West GOG keys can be legitimate.

RWarehall: I'd be very careful. Even if you think this is someone trusted, check the name very carefully. We have a scammer who copies avatars and changes O's to zeros and L's to 1's in order to appear to be someone else. So unless he's willing to send his code first and let you try it to make sure it works, I wouldn't trust it.
He goes by the name mangauser. and those keys are gog keys.

I will ask him to go first.

foxworks: Maybe ask for more details or the specific kickstart URL that details it.
He said he deleted the giveaway link.

I did in the search bar, his history does not show up.

As far as I'm aware, there hasn't been a GA for Hard West anywhere. And I am a Kickstarter supporter of Hard West, which means I get all the updates. In this case, I would tread very warily with mangauser. He may have deleted the link, but he should hopefully remember some details of where he won the games. With no details forthcoming, he's starting to smell quite fishy to me.

It's this guy.

With a rep of 4, he wants me to go first (send him the codes first). Looks very scammy to me.

UPDATE: This guy asked me to give 5 steam codes for two gog games and that I should send him the codes first despite his low rep of 4 and no forum participation. I politely refused to send the codes first.

Whenever I bump my trading post, I either get no response or someone without forum activity calls me on chat. When I say "I'd like you to hand me your codes first" because I can't find them posting on the forum, they go silent. First it was ERT5Y, then DUNW24 and now it's DERALDON. Okay, fine, nobody but suspected scammers wants to trade with me, I get it!

Whenever someone calls you on chat, do a search for their name in the General Discussion section. If there is no/few result(s), then ask for them to hand their key(s) over first and don't give any of your keys until you've got an actual game in your account.

Lol XD
Btw, to avoid wasting time, you could add directly in your post "low rep or low activity users must send their keys first" :P

But I'm quite low rep myself and haven't done much trading. Besides, I think scammers would try anyway, because it's easy to just write "your codes for these games I'm not gonna give you" and hope for the best, lol.

Good choice as both ERT5Y and DUNW24 have been accused of scamming people...
Okay, not looking to make enemies, but i like this place too much so I'm gonna report some unusual activity (the truth is out there).

Anyways username : RYAN841 unknown member, does not respect Rule number 1 or 6, of the most holy rules of trading, set out in stone by ... someone with more rep than me.
Nowhere to be found on the trusted list, or the scammers list for that matter, so watch out for that.

EDIT: RYAN841 is now a known scammer.

A few days ago a guy named DUNW24 offered me Europa Universalis IV Gold in exchange for a couple of Steam Keys. I foolishly gave him both keys and he gave me a GOG code which was already used. Haven't heard back from him on Chat since.

That was my first experience trading on GOG. :(

Just got screwed over on all of games by two individuals: JPIL0T and KM0NSTER
both with 0s instead of Os. KM0NSTER is already listed in the known scammer section, but I did not see JPIL0T there.

Two trading experiences, both times getting screwed over. I've learned my lesson!

Report the impersonating accounts to GOG Support, if you haven't done so already.

Were the game you lost GOG games? If so, ask GOG Support to revoke your codes (remove them from offenders, and replace them with new ones).
