Is www.kinguin.net a legit site?
They have Bioshock Infinite for 19€, and many other games at a very low price...but I doubt they can sell these keys or not.
The site seems like an Ebay, only selling key.
I did a little searching on them and on some of the sellers that offer the keys and came up with very little info at all.

I didnt see any official key seller type stuff that for example GG would have when they sell a steam key. Admittedly i didnt look very hard.

My best guess is that they sell cheap keys from other countries and reprice with a margin, similar sites have been asked about on GoG and the general consensus was to avoid them IIRC.

That isnt to say that this site is or isnt legit, just that my couple of minutes searching showed no concrete info that they are legit.
It is according to this site :

Didnt think of checking there. Only thing on that site that needs to be read for those too lazy to follow the link (read as the only negative info held there)

Notes:-
This website setup involves countries known to be high risk
This website has a good online reliability.
This website has a good online trust rating.
This website is deemed to be popular by Alexa with a ranking of 129370

Analysis Details:-

This site has a high risk country associated with it. This may be as you expect but care should be taken if purchasing an item from a site that you didn't expect to be associated with the countries listed above. Certain countries are listed as being high risk because of the high percentage of online fraud or tendency to send fake/replica items.
Hmm. According to their FAQ, they are "game keys re-seller" from other websites that sells game keys http://www.kinguin.net/about-us

It is still beta, so I think they still don't have good online presence. Maybe try buying one of really cheap game to know whether they legit or not ?

Just make sure to check it on original selling sites how much the original price of the game. I found the price of "Evil Quest" from Desura on that site to be much higher than the original price. On Desura it is $1.99. But on that site it is $4.06.

I think just wait for now until they have better reputation. If not a scam, I am sure more people would recommend the website.
My question is, why those keys are cheap compared to other site?
For example, I'm interested for Bioshock Infinite, that is 19€ on that site.
The lowest price I found was on Amazon.uk, 30€ for the retail version.
But 11 € of difference is a too cheap, for me, to be legit.
And if I buy a key and then Steam disable my account (in the past I heard about mass banning of Modern Warfare keys bought from those key reseller site).

I think I'll wait the 75% off on Steam as usually for Bioshock (or a good deal on Amazon uk), because the risk is high, for me.

Don't use Steam myself, but why not make another account with them, and use that one only for keys you're not sure are "legit". That way, you can buy them but still not lose all your "legit" games.
Damn, they actually need a telephone number as a mandatory detail.
Totally legit, bought ton of games :)
Well I bought a game from them, they seem to need a lot more info about you than the likes of GoG for creating an account, (if they phone me once, just once ill be pissed, I know i could have used a fake tel number but meh) the transaction went through fine. What i understood from their site was that they would email the code to me, after nearly an hour i logged back into their site and found the code in my account page under "dispatches". The code activated successfully though it will be some time before i get round to downloading it (Force unleashed has been downloading on and off since the weekend @ 180-200kbs i might leave the computer on over night in future.)

Naa, I hate have multiple accounts, I will simply wait for the canonical 75% off on Steam.

EDIT: I read on Steam forum that those site, like G2play, are not authorized from Steam...I'm asking whi, because for example GMG is authorzed from Steam and it also sells keys.

Looks pretty cool

I would actually use them if they sold GOG keys but alas...
g2play is selling game keys for a while now, completely legit, and is currently under the Kinguin umbrella. I can vouch for g2play, and it's likely that Kinguin is fine too.

Yes but why Steam said that G2play is not legit?
Maybe thei keys are stolen?
I'm only thinking about it, because the prices on those key sites are pretty good.
