What a generous giveaway! Thank you for the opportunity - I'm in. This latest King's Quest is at the top of my wishlist.
My most recent adventure game played is the third episode of AR-K - The Great Escape. That is an odd series. The third episode is significantly better than the second. The second episode was significantly better than the first. So, Gato Salvaje is clearly learning a lot and putting those lessons into action. But it still isn't a very enjoyable game. Most of the characters in all three episodes are wholly unlikable. There is a ton of backtracking. Events which should cause some sort of reaction or dialog change from specific characters just don't. The characters lie - not in the sense of shady characters telling untruths, but in the sense of the script not being checked for consistency.
