It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I am posting this here because the zendesk support is.. pretty useless and I hope someone from GoG may actually read it here.

When searching for games on GoG's dreamlist, sorted by most votes there looks to be an error in the database, when you get to the range between 718 and 723 votes ( currently page 228 if you are searching 10 games at a time ) there is an error.

Moving from page 227 to 228 gives an error message. trying to go directly to this page states there are not games matching this description. Page 229 works properly again.

I have submitted screen shots, I have tried this in firefox, and edge, and chrome. I recently got a new computer and it's still happening there as well. AND I have friends try this as well, all with the same result. However, Zendesk refuses to escalate it, going through the standard 'have you cleared your cache?' 'have you tried a different browser?' 'Have you tried turning off your antivirus?'

So I am hoping posting it here will actually get someone to LOOK at it instead of just reading off a checklist and responding once a week ignoring the problem. That I reported almost 3 weeks ago.

So, @GOG: This API call is giving a 500 error:
https://gamesdb.gog.com/wishlist/user/wishlisted_games?page=228&limit=10&show_only_unreleased=1&sort=global_wishlist_votes_count&order=desc (when called with the correct Authorization header of course). Maybe some game is present on that page with a title or other data which isn't parsed properly?

I've added the report to The "what did just break" thread 2.0, which has at least one developer reading along regularly.

You've voted for that many games? I'm waiting for more than a +1 from the Dreamlist before I start adding more!

And given that GOG has passed on indie darlings like Nubby's Number Factory, Balatro, Rock of Ages, 20/30XX, and several others, I'm surprised you've gone that far.

It should be noted: Neither of us are staff. We're mostly just a grumpy grognard and a helpful database keeper. Staff have blue names, developers orange.

Still, the work you are doing got me a lot further in getting this resolved. And if nothing else, the effort you two put in to better the site, at the very least, is deserving of a thank you :)
