How do I reinstall the gog.com app without galaxy?
Now that I've replaced the SDD and reinstalled windoze I want to reinstall GOG.
The Only thing the search will talk about is Galaxy.

What exactly is that "GOG app" you want to install? There is no "app without Galaxy". You either install Galaxy (which is GOG's client) or... you don't. If you don't want to install Galaxy, you can download your games in your browser:
https://www.gog.com/en/account

Just click the game you want to install, scroll a bit down and click "DOWNLOAD OFFLINE BACKUP GAME INSTALLERS" at the bottom.

Galaxy 2.0 is the new GOG app. GOG replaced the old Galaxy app, wich is gone now (I believe there is some weird way to install it).

You don't need any app to play your games though, you can download them in your browser via offline installers.

Maybe you mean the pre-galaxy downloader app? It's discontinued for years and I'm not sure if it would work even if installed.

Looking at OP profile, is clear that used the Galaxy app with 1000+ hours of playing time.

Yes, I'm trying to reinstall the OLD app that worked fine until my SSD died.

A browser barely lists my library...

I DON'T want to install Galaxy 2.0 even though I know that it is optional to merge my Steam with GOG (something I'll Never do), because I already have several games on Both platforms, purchased separately for the DRM-Free versions.

Is there a way to find/reconstruct the OLD version?

Maybe (HOW TO) Keep Galaxy v1.2 client and avoid the forced v2.0 BETA update is what you're looking for.

The search was useless for this, it only made (lots of) references to Galaxy 2.0.
