"Installer files missing please make sure you have downloaded all necessary parts. and that ill be asked for there location during installation. What am I doing wrong!?

New graphics card, so you're referring to Witcher 3 here. Ok step by step:

Go to Account
In the drop down menu click Library.
Click on Witcher 3 and on the left you will see:

Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, The (Part 1 of 7)
Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, The (Part 2 of 7)
....etc

Download all these files included the Patch 1.01 and put them them all in the same folder, run the setup program again when you're done.

The Patch 1.01 must be installed after the game.

Hope this helps :-)

I had managed to get this far. But when I try to download 1/7 is says in red that im missing installer files. When i go into options It says C:\GOG games The witcher 3 wild hunt then a browse option and I cant find it at all..
Do I maybe have to create a folder myself?

That's odd. If you're using the browser, it should just download the individual parts of the installer like any other file. You only need to make sure they're all in the same directory when you start the installer. While it doesn't really matter where they are at that point, I'd recommend putting them in their own folder, instead of your default downloads directory, if only to have them handy in case you need them again (see attached picture #1, I took Witcher 2 as an example because I don't have W3).
If that fails or is too much of a hassle, you should try the GOG Downloader for this purpose. It basically just queues up all the necessary files and downloads them, but you can also pause the process. To use it, go to the GOG library through your browser, open the game you want and click on "MORE", "GOG DOWNLOADER LINKS" and then on the version of the installer you want (see attached picture #2).
You can also us the Galaxy client for this, but I hear the download speed with that is pretty woeful at the moment.

The message in red appears because you're trying to run the installation process without all 8 parts in the same place. You have to download all the setup parts from your account.

I have attached a picture to give you a clear idea what you have to do.

No problem.

I just realized that I forgot to include a link to the GOG Downloader in my other post, so, just for completeness' sake, here it is: GOG Downloader.
Hello,
i have the same problem as chaos.

The porblem is, I have downloaded all parts, (except the second part of the patch) and i get the same red text.
Then stupid me still clicks install, cause i have downloaded all parts. then i come to the point: Please select CD 1...
What is CD one?

Hello, to make sure the game's installation goes smoothly without any errors you have to download all 7 installer parts > place them in the same folder and run the setup file. This way the game will not ask you for any "Please select" messages as it finds the files by itself.

Once done, do the same thing with the patch.

This is my first time downloading for GOG and I just cant seem to make it work. I purchased Tales From The Borderlands and I downloaded all 4 parts and put the in the same folder (can been seen in attached picture) but I'm not sure what I do from here. If I try to run one of the applications it just tells me that there are missing parts and that it cant install. So.. yeah, any help would be great thanks.

Part 2 (the -2 one) has a (1) at the end of it. Remove it, so the filename is the same as the rest, minus the -1 or -2 as needed.
You don't need the partial ones, assuming the others have finished downloading.

So in the end, you should have the following 3 files
setup_tales_from_the_borderlands_2.2.0.3.exe
setup_tales_from_the_borderlands_2.2.0.3-1.bin
setup_tales_from_the_borderlands_2.2.0.3-2.bin
as well as the patch_tales_from_the_borderlands_2.2.0.3.exe, though I'm not sure if it's needed or not.
I'd recommend the GoG downloader

Are you trying to DL through the Galaxy client or from the website? If the former, then go to your Library, choose Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, then click on Install.

If the latter, hover over your forum name at the top of the page, click on Games. This will bring up your Library. Choose the Witcher 3. You should see a list of files. Choose all of the parts and DL them all to the same place. Then run the first part (it's an .exe file while the others are all .bin files).
