I bought world in conflict complete edition but when I download it its will failed at 92%
by installation error E4 (dick access error occurred during installation)
I could not find any helpful fixing issue
I unstilled game and gog galaxy for many times but its not fixed

Have you tried downloading the game's offline installer instead of installing through Galaxy?

Are your installations outside Program Files? As per:

I just purchased WIC, after download at 92% the installation pauses and give failure error E4, retried several times, and when trying to uninstall it gives E15 error.

any solution, i have given full access to all the directories yet nothing changes.

what is the way forward!
