Okay, so I'm going to begin my question with a brief background. I have a friend that is a girl, and this girl is in a relationship with a boy (boyfriend). After time had passed by ever since I befriended her, I definitely felt a difference in how her boyfriend treats me (He's just an acquaintance of mine). Like things that would make me feel annoyed if they were done by a stranger, and not so much when being done by my friend.
But with that aside, the thing is, whenever I chatted her through the only communication app that I could use to contact her, I feel that our conversations always ended abruptly. I mean, our conversations were always short. But, the conversations mostly ended with her no longer replying to what I last texted to her, even if the conversation could still be carried on a bit longer.
Now my question is, do women who have boyfriends tend to cut their conversations with their guys friends short because of something like they don't want their boyfriends to assume things if they found out about those conversations maybe? Heck, I don't even plan to ever flirt with her nor do I like her. I just feel that it's quite disrespectful to have your conversation cut abruptly like that.
Thank you. :)
